Most importent, it is so light that I sometimes forget i'm wearing it.
NegativesSome small places on the surface are a bit rough on the finish and the straps are a bit loose or oversized in my case. But they are easily replaceble.

PositivesReally good chest protector. Had it since the start of my HEMA career and it hasn’t once failed me. It has definitely saved me from countless strong blows both cut and thrust. The V guard helps a lot to keep thrusts from going into your neck but it will redirect it to your shoulder. However I’d rather get hit there. It is definitely something to look into and invest in.

NegativesOnly real drawback is the straps. The Y harness I received with it worked but I had to tape it to the length I needed it at. Now I have done away with it and sewed in Nylon straps and tie it to my back like an AKM chicom.
The other problem I’ve noticed doesn’t really bother me since I am not super muscular or tall but the plate is small and tight to some people. The width can be fixed by heating it and adjusting to size. But it is comparable to wearing a small sized plate carrier.
